Hey Guys,
I'm a member on CCDSM but it seems the website is down right now.....
Anyways, WNEC is putting on their 7th car show this year. It would be nice to have a strong gathering of DSM's present. Please come out to support our American Society of Mechanical Engineers and Institute of Electrical and
Electronics Engineers and of course, enjoy a day full of cars! Even if you don't think your car is show worthy, bring it out and enjoy the cruise!
If you are interested in attending, email the kid below and ask for a registration form.
Below is the announcement message:
Attention Automotive Enthusiasts:
The 7th Annual Car Show is coming back to WNEC!
The show will benefit the college's ASME (American Society of
Mechanical Engineers) and IEEE (Institute of Electrical and
Electronics Engineers) clubs at the School of Engineering.
The show will be held on Saturday, April 17th from 10:00 AM to 3:00
PM in the Law School parking lot. The rain date will be the next
day; Sunday, April 18th in the Welcome Center parking lot.
There will be prizes awarded in the categories of:
Pre-1960
1960-1979
Post 1980
Motorcycles (street or road, NEW Category)
Best in Show
The show is also open to students and the public! Come on down and
enjoy music and food during the show! The new WNEC Engineering
shirts will also be on sale. The shirts will be similar to last
years, but will come in a different color. The proceeds for the
shirts will also benefit the two clubs, so any and all donations may
be accepted!
If you are interested in participating, please view the attached
letter that describes the event, as well as the attached registration
form with mailing and payment instructions to register for the show.
Feel free to spread the word about the show and forward this email to
anyone that you know who owns a vehicle that they are proud of! It's
only $5 for early registration when mailing in the attached
registration form, and $10 for drive-ins.
If there are any questions please feel free to contact me. Please
mail all pre-registration forms to the address on the attached form.
Drive-ins on the day of the show are always accepted.
