IM moving here soon also. Way a required for your guys state inspections. I think it might be easier to just keep it licensed in Missouri.

Hey I live in Allentown I would be down to help you out with that. I am also have my pa inspection license and with a 96 or newer car the only way you can get a emissions sticker with you check engine light on is to get a 5000 mile exemption. Which is you have had the car registered for one year and driven it less than 5000 miles since last inspection. Some shops can issue waver stickers I believe you have to spend 150 dollars towards correcting the emissions problem. Sometimes you can find people willing to just slap a sticker on for some money which I'm not willing to do. What kind of codes do you have?

I'm throwing a code for the heater circuit ground on my rear o2 sensor. I have to go through the wiring, I'm good with electrical so I'm not worried. Its rust issues and the open dump I'm concerned about. If you guys ever want to meet up call me at 610 437 1051 leave a message if I don't answer. Its my house phone.
