well this will be getting updated tomorrow around 6pm mountain time, hope to have 50% of the interior back in and hopefully the wiring harness 100% out. and if i get really ratchet happy i will throw my other strut on so that it sits happy on all 4

ya me too man my hopes are to eventually havee both of them back up and running one day but the black cherry was my first car and i hated seeing it rote year after year so it comes first

ok i hit a snag.... i cant get the second part of the blower motor off my talons... this means i will not be able to get the wiring harnesses swaped... any help guys?

well got the harness out but as soon as that was pulled we have had heavy rain since its just starting to clear up so i hope to have some progress done for tomorrow for you guys to see. it sucks not having a shop

yay no rain today! sorry of the lack of posts LOL it has rained since my last entrie here, today i got the wiring harness pulled from the donor car and installed into the black cherry only one of the plugs were different but all the wires were the same so i did my first ever electrical rewiring on a car... wasnt as bad as i thought it would be. now that the car has a harness i get to rebuild the interiors and plop a motor and tanny in... yay getting close. i also swapped over the vinyl form the two dashes the one was ripped and tared pretty bad, i will make a how to for that as well. i uill have pics for tomorrow!

pics!

old harness out ( it was hacked and cut to pieces ) also note a 90 and a 91 harness are a tad different a little soldering was required... ugh

your engine bay will look much better if you clean it. make it look all fresh, degrease it if you need to as well as your engine and tranny and everything else thats under the hood since you already have everything out. trust me, you will appreciate a much cleaner looking engine bay.
