Looks like I will trading up my Eclipse Currently on my profile for a 1991 AWD Talon with 133,xxx.

The car is owned by an older gentleman and appears 100% unmolestered.

He is selling it to get his son a graduation gift, I just happened to mention I had a 2g eclipse and said that his son wanted exactly such a car but he was sure he would be able to find his son a turbo variant. So It looks like I will be picking up an AWD 1g for my 2g.

Cant wait.

Well I got the car, managed to mage one of the wheels rip completly off the rim on the way home from mym mom's after swapping my AGXs and a few other parts over.

Not really sure what happened there except the wheel and 4 lug nuts were completly gone.

Thank god for full sized spares. Still not sure how the 1 lug nut was still on the stud.

Will get some pics up tomorrow of the damage. It just messed up the outside edge of my rotor and my fender.

I would imagine that your 2g was worth more but as long as your happy

Personally? I like it. I'd have traded... then again I have always and will always Favor 1G's more.. ^^ I'm still not over my GSX..but that's what I've got my LASER SHELL FOR! >;3

So, like.. how'd you react when the wheel went to hell?

I kind of felt it coming. Something wasnt right. I was about to pull over and check the lugs again. Then it was like O hey, there goes my wheel. Wonder why it doesnt like me...

Then I just counter steered the slide and slowly pumped the brakes till I stopped.

I really doubt the gst was worth more. It have a really shitty interior, and the trans 3rd gear synchro was out.

Today I will be swapping the hubs off my other talon, as well as rear shocks. New tires on the steelies. And putting on my 3in exhuast from the talon.

" Something's not right...I should pull ov- ... Oh.. hey tire...where ya goin'? ... You don't like me? ;( Sadface, tire... Sadface... "

Well. I forgot that I had a big brake kit on my old car.

So I now have some extra parts to swap as time allows. Front has been swapped to my hubs with new bearings > 4,000 miles on the bearings. I also managed to find a set of Kyowa S7 Wheels on Falken ZR tires front, Toyo Y Rated for the rear. Not sure why the guy had 2 different kinds of nearly brand new tires but w/e.

So My bucket list is now :

3in Exhuast W/ Thermal R&D Muffler and Catco High Flow Cat, Custom Downpipe with ???? Flex Pipe.
Big Brake Kit (Unsure of brand, came on the car)
Pull that big ass dent out of my fender, file the nicks down on the door, rattle can the crap black.

At some point this bi*** will be getting a cd player that takes mp3 discs or has usb input because the CD Player doesnt like burned cds at all and I havent owned a real cd in about 5 years.
