Anyways once and I while I go back to my HS where I had graduate from. Lately I have been seeing a Black 2Ga Talon in the Auto shop once in a while. I knew it was turbo because of the sideskirts and thumbnail spoiler. But, I wasn't really sure if it was just a TSI or a TSI AWD. So, today I decided to look under the car and realize it was a Talon TSI AWD. With the odo reading 93,784 miles.

I ask one of the students there "who's DSM is this?" (they didn't understand me; so I said "who's car is this?") None of them knew. So I ask the instructor there and he said its one of his friends. I ask him is he selling it and he said "ya". I said how much? $2,500. Only problem he said was the water pump so he change it. that's why it was there in the first place. But, anyways I told that I may be interested on buying it. So I took it for a test drive and the minute I hit the gas it started to slip. I was like WTF? But, anyways I told him about it. He was surprise because it wasn't like that before it came there. He said one of his student was driving it.

1995 Eagle Talon TSI AWD (The only 2G Talon TSI AWD I seen so far.)
EPROM ECU (I'm pretty sure all 95 came with them. Confirmed the next day.)
5 Speed
93,784 miles (This is low miles for me RARE)
Leather power seats
A/C works
All grey interior (even my GSX interior isn't this clean)
Black exterior (with no sunroof rare on AWD models)
with slipping clutch (It felt like it was. Issue was fix the next day and was not the clutch).
For $2,500 or OBO (please let me know how low should I go?)

If I can't jump this I have a friend who will. I rather see the car with someone who knows about DSM.

Will see what I can come up with. Back in December I just bought a 99 Solara that was mint. So buying another car is just crazy right now. Since I still own 91 GSX, 92 TSI (being part out), 97 GSX, and 2 other yotas.

I always wanted a 2G talon more than the eclispe to be honest. I also have on the side a 2Gb Talon Spoiler.

If I do buy the car I have to figure out where I'm gonna park it. I do have a big driveway with alot of parking. But, I'm affriad if I do bring another DSM home. My realitives and family are gonna be like not agian. I know Gotta collect them all just like Pokemons

lsd rear, eprom, black on grey leather, clean as you can ask for, 2500$. What are you still doing on the forums you better go offer him 2000 and get rid of one of your other cars to make room for it.

Not all 95s come with EEPROM. I can shockingly say I owned one that didn't. Consider it an UNLUCKY lottery.. .. its like russian roullette knowing that there is a few out there that don't and you may get that one..

being a "Talon" it is not that rare to see it without a sunroof.. on an "Eclipse GSX" it is. Same with the interior, I have seen AWD models without leather on a "Talon", but on an "Eclipse GSX" I would quesiton if the interior was swapped if someone told me it came in cloth.

Also it looks like that one doesnt have the rare longer more spacious door cubbies that are actually usable.

Also I like my Talons any color other than black, because that black top really is what makes it shine once a 2gb eclipse bumper is on it flamesuit on

But overall it is clean, and it would be a good buy, I would say $2000

Your right about the black top FTW. Being here on Maui there are not that many Turbo DSM around. People here don't even know what a Talon is or a DSM. This is the first 2G Talon Turbo I ever seen here. So, that being said it is a rare car. My 97GSX has the longer cubbies. As for converting the front I'll only keep it as a Talon if I'll change it I would go with the 2Gb Talon.

I'm still here becuase I'm working and it's really slow right now. I think $2k sounds like a good offer. As for the parking I have a pretty big driveway so it can fit. But, relatives and family are gonna trip out if I bring another car home.

Thanks for all your input. Like I said if I can't jump I this I have a friend who well. He's actually on tuners too but I guess rarely on.

Anyways a little update. I know this car is what I been looking for a while Talon TSI AWD (mint to me). So, I'm still undecided if I should pick up or not. Good news is that the clutch wasn't slipping. So they fix that issue and when I test drove it. Man I do really miss my GSX. But, this car is running perfect for its age. Looking around the car even more I notice a little thing like his tire cap had an Eagle badge (logo) on it never seen that before so I thought it was unique. Original owner manual was in good condition and it aslo had some dealership brochures that I enjoyed looking at. Friends was a no show to bad for them.

History about the car and the owner. The owner was pretty cool guy obviously it's not his daily drive car. He only drive it once a month. Car originally purchase in California in 1995 new. It was in one accident but nothing major. Only rear bumper got damage and replace with an aftermarket thats like oem spec (so, thats why TSI AWD badge wasn't there). The owner is a cop here and he does know how fast this car is. As of right now I'm the only one who knows he's selling the car. He's in no rush and havn't advertise it yet but, he would rather see me buy the car. Since I already know alot of its history. Car owner really does love this car but, wife is trying to force him to sell it. Car was never race or abuse its been well taken care of. For the price thats right he will let it go for me cheap. He did bump up the price since its properly working (but, not as much as I bought my GSX). Also owner said he will try to find other brochures, window price tags he got from the dealership when he bought the car and will include them with the purchase for me. That's if I do buy the car. We will keep in touch.

I'm only 21 and I already own 3 DSM. I have about 5 different cars under my name so, its getting ridiculous. Right now I have some priorities I have to take care of first before I make my decision.

I also notice this ad on CL for Oahu 95 Talon Turbo Need Sold Asap With Pics I don't know why these cars are being sold cheap here.
