Im a girl and drive a 95 Talon TSi. I've only had the car for about 5 months so I don't know a ton about it but I can tell you where things are under the hood and I'm getting familiar with how the turbo works. I do know how to race though. I've had two Z 28's and did nothing but race for about 4 years.

I didn't know if they were out there or not until one night when I stopped by a strip club on the way home from drag racing all day at the track. I got a table dance from this girl and she sat down and we started talking. She asked me what I do for fun and I said, "drag race my car." She then told me she did too and I was like She asked me what kind of car I had and when I told her she said "me too" and said she saw mine sitting in the parking lot when she came in and I was like She said her car ran 13's and she had gotten interested in dsm's from a previous boyfriend. She also really knew what she was talking about with these cars! She explained the mods she had done to her car and we shared some stories. She also made me laugh when she said that her knee high boots would barely zip up on her left leg because her left calf was bigger/more muscular from of her 2600 lb pressure plate. I got another couple of dances and was like I was blown away! I told her I would never forget her and said goodbye and have never seen her again. When I walked out in the parking lot there sat a red 1g with the words "DSM GIRL" on the plates.

The wife takes the 2g out almost more then I do. She said I can do anything I want to it as long as she can still drive it. It's now running low tens alomost high 9's.

She takes it to work, Drives our 3 year old to day care, and will even take it thru the drive thru...

She plans to get her NHRA license next year along with me when the car is running nines. The car will still see the street but will just be rolling around with a chute on the back and no more car seat as there will be a cage in the way.
