What would you pay for this???

Ok I dont know if im posting this in the right spot or not so sorry if im not.

I have a 1998 GSX you can check my blog or garage for pics but im trying to sell the car. The motor is taken apart and by apart I mean the cylinder head is off, the pistons are out and the crankshaft is still in the block and the transmission is still in. All the parts are in good condition. I have the car listed at 4500 and one guy is interested but wants the price alot lower by his terms.

Am I asking to much for this????? I need this car sold i just had my second child and just dont have the time or money for the project anymore.

I would say around 4200 to 4000 with the motor out of it..4500 is not to steep as long as the body and car isn't beaten the hell out of.

Nah the body is in very good shape and the interior is well almost mint. I think the guy is probably gunna want to do like 3500 and I dont kow if im kosher with that.

I was kind of hoping the classafieds were gunna be open i know i could get somebody that appreciates the car selling it here.

He says 35 you say 43 and then you meet in the middle. At the least tell him you take 4000 cash in hand..

I really don't want to get out of the scene but time and money just dont permit. Which sucks.

Stop bumping your thread. When the Classifieds work again, post it up there, ask whatever you want to get for it, and see what happens. With the motor out, obviously it won't fetch as high a price as you'd like.
