No more 14b for now.
I had my old GT35 sitting and gathering dust since last year. It's on the car already. I'm going to push this turbo and see what it can do.

I was going to try and drop the 14b record again this Spring. I got a FP race manifold, EVO3 O2 housing, 7cm turbine housing, and I dropped 75 pounds from the car. I'm sure it would've gone faster. It only took ten miles and 2 WOT pulls to finally kill the chronically overboosted little turbo. Change of plans...

That HAD to be one of the older 14B's with a right-hand threaded turbine shaft (part number ending 01010). The newer 14B's with a left-hand threaded turbine (01030, 01410) do not allow the turbine nut to loosen no matter how much boost or abuse you give it....it only gets tighter.
