My Mini Photoshoot with the D300!!!

Here a few shots I took with the D30 today. I really don't know how to use this camera yet so everything is in "auto" mode. And yes, I know I need to lower her.

D300 is what I meant, alot of people including myself refer to it as that and it's expensive as f*ck btw. Thanks for the compliments guys. The car was actually a little dirty in these pics so no tire shine.

Best thing i ever invested in was a tripod photos look good nonetheless!

btw i have a canon s5is and it sucks the life outta batteries soo damn fast!

Yea, I did use a tripod too; well in most of the pics. I'm still learning about the camera so I'm sure my next photoshoot will be a lot better.

omfg I wish I had a D300 No matter what lens, I generally switch it to aperture mode (A) and stop it down twice and let the camera choose the shutter speed.

Good looking pictures, try to be lower to the ground next time out

Watch your exposures and background clutter. Some shots are blown out, and some have distracting backgrounds that take away from your b-e-a-utiful 2g.

It's a nice camera, for sure. Have fun with it! You'll be spending a lot on memory cards, that's for sure. Just when you think you have enough, you manage to fill them all in one sitting, and need to go buy more. And taking raw pics, you'll definitely have that happen more than once.

technically spoeaking.. the d30 is a 2g.. d30/d32 is the coupe, D38 is the spyder

(thats what these cars are referred to outside the USA)

(look at your vehicle VINs.. D32 or something is in there ..)

the 1g is d20/d22 FWD and d27 is the AWD

d32 is the platform code .

d56 is the ugly 3g eclipse..


3s is the 3kgt (well actually its a z15a and z16..but yeah)
ok enough dsm trivia




you know,, like e46 and e90 are 3 series bmw etc etc
e60 is the current 5 series bmw
jza80 is Supra etc
jx 90 is the chaser
jzs147 the aristo TT
z32 is the 300zx..
r32,33,34 skylines

etc etc etc
