Who mentioned ownership? If you're using an acronym, an apostrophe before "S" can be used.

Edit : And good like finding a definitive grammar answer. Books and resources for grammar are awfully different.

well, if I do get an apostrophe, it will be so people can tell where the acronym ends. I've had a bunch of people coming up to me today asking me what a DSMS was.. so this way, they'll know that the acronym is DSM'S.. see ??
