We've never had to change our clocks. However watching the news this morning that is going to change here soon, as a federal judge ruled in favor of Daylight Savings time. It makes me wonder how after all these years of not doing it, a federal judge can go in and basically tell us were turning time back, or forward. This isn't some cell phone bill, they shouldn't be able to change things like this. Oh well.

I had to be in work at 8 today - so I set my alarm on my cellphone for 7 - figuring that Cellphones, having their time set by the tower, would automatically adjust for the time difference.

Luckily, I woke up as my clocks read 6(7):45 and was able to get into work exactly right at 8.

Then again, I never work on Sundays so it's no biggie if I wake up late.

Yea last night was my Senior Prom night and I got ####ED UP! but my friend got me back to his house and we set the alarm to 11 because I had to go pick up my car before work...well we were drunk like we were suppose to remember DST anywayz I wake up thinkin all is well and we get in the car to go get my car and I check the cellphone 12 OCLOCK crap i gotta be at work at 1 and its a 45 min drive AND I have to take a shower and crap. needless to say the GST got a good workout

how is it that evrybody on here is getting effed up and laid on senior prom???, most senior proms make you hand over your car keys and you are bussed to after prom where you are'nt allowed to leave until 6:00 am. I'm not getting it

Well I live in Oklahoma and they don't really care what you do in this state . We all just went out to some guy's ranch after prom and partied all night ! not to worry I had a designated driver to get me to his house NO WAY I'm gonna risk my baby on prom night .

pretty much every school that i know of has that policy. Too many drunk driving deaths on prom night not to mention unwanted pregnancys . Yeah, dont kill your dsm, it did nothing wrong.

I went to bowling yesturday for the 3 hours of bowling, ussally 12 to 3am, but I look at my cell phone, and its like 3:43am, and we are still bowling, im like wtf, then someone tells me its day light savings time, so I ended up bowling to 4am...

It was pretty nice actually, I worked last night, got paid for 14hrs, but only worked 13...NICE!!!

That and now when I got off work on day work, its still day light out for a while, and I can actually get some stuff done!!!

Heres how you get effed up and laid on prom. At least the route I took. Go to prom 2 hours late liquored up with your date and group, but only for the purpose of telling more people at prom about your hotel/house party. Leave prom, go to the 3 conjoined rooms you rented and start setting up the 3 suitcases full of liquor you have that would make most bars jealous. Enjoy, live it up, then get w/ a girl who graduated the year before, her cute friend, and then your date as the night winds down. Then annoy and curse out everyone at 8 in the morning cause you still want to party and their "pansies who cant hold their liquor". YMMV

wow that brings back some prom memories here. we got bussed to prom and back to our HS where we were turned free on the world. we went to a hotel party and got busted at 4AM. the cops had the hallways and elevators blocked off but werent smart enough to block off the window. needless to say most of us jumped out of the window (8-10 ft fall) into a big thing of mulch and what not. i miss those days
