I bought another 2G: 99 Eclipse GSX:Pics!

I bought a 1999 Eclipse GSX the other day. It has:

-JDM 6-Bolt Swap
-Injen Chrome Intake
-Chrome Manifold with a T3/T4
-Red Powerder Coated Vavle Cover with Chrome Spark Plug Cover
-Chrome Sheet Metal Intake Manifold
-Black Housing Blue Ion Projector Headlights
-Custom Vented Hood
-Front Mount IC
-Some type of Side Skirts
-Custom Silver Metallic Paint Job with roof painted Gloss Black
-18" Black Rims with Chrome Lip
-Wing Removed
-Sparco Red Seats

Here are some pics. For some reason my camara doesn't take pictures real well up close. And I don't know how to fix that. Oh well.

This what it is. The one you paint and build your self. Found it at Hobby Lobby for $12.99. I just had to have it. I havn't built one of these since like Junior High. I felt weired when I bought it. The cashier chick was pretty hot. I felt like a goof. Wow...A 19 year old guy buying a car model...............Oh well it's badass

It has a choice of 3 Front Bumpers, 2 Rear bumpers, and 3 sets of Rims, and 2 hoods. Pretty cool model if you ask me. I actually sat down and thought about how I want to build it. I was going to make it just like my car. Green with black top. But I found this silver metallic paint in my garage. Then I ran out and didn't get to paint the rear bumper

Nice little project for a sunday. Just don't let your g/f or friends know that your sitting in your basement putting together a car model

I don't believe they make any. There are alot of manufacture's of Die-Cast Models. I have yet to see a 2G DSM one before.

This was the first time I have seen a 1:25 Scale Model that you can build of a 2G Eclipse or any DSM in that matter. That is why I picked it up.

Something funny. I just relalized that the Front Bumper of my "Custom Built Eclipse" kind of resembles the 2Ga Talon front.

I'm guessing you have that super street also... that issue is great, it has like every single aftermarket part... or at least almost all of them as for the eclipse... looks good lol

Got anything else to say about my "terrible mod list" or my model

Most of the 2G diecast are F&F stuff with that oozing-bile-duct green and a piece of 707 on the back. I've still not found a Talon. I think the only stock model is the Modifiers series.

I have a red and a white XConcept Modifier series. THey both are stock bodied. Pretty neat cars, my Mom found them and bought them for me. I just want an 04 STi now in WRB to complete my collection.
