Just wondering if i need new shocks to put on a set on the eibach pro kit. I want it to still ride nice but look sleek too. Plus i recently got new stock shocks. Im kinda new to suspension on these cars so any help is appriciated.

Need? I don't know you well enough to answer. Do you autoX? Do you have expensive dental work? Do you like it when the floppier parts of your passengers bounce up and down? Do you even have floppy passengers? So many issues.

Want? Hell, yes. You'll be banging the bumpstops if you don't get shorter shocks, such as Koni Yellows.

yes you will need new shocks. if you put on the springs w/out changing the shocks you're only going to end up kicking yourself because you will find yourself having to take everything back apart to replace the destroyed stock shocks.

Just do it all at one time and save yourself the grief of having to do the job twice.

I will add to the "YES" vote. I tried the cheap way when I forst was a NEWB also.... They lasted about 5 months before they were shot. COuld never keep and alignment and ate tires always.
