i have a 1995 rs and want to change the whole suspension what is the best thing to put in

Remove the entire suspension and all subframe parts that will come off. Send all of these to RRE along with a blank check. Request that John M. be assigned to the job and make it clear that the blank check is for real. You may have to repeat this last part several times, however, because those guys at RRE get a lot of silly requests and might not take you 100% seriously at first. Be persistent.

Could you be a _bit_ more vague? Change it to what? Dragging? Autocrossing? Profiling? Asphalt skimming and levelling?

well what i was looking for as far as good cornering, traction, smooth ride is the that better for you guys

If what he wants is cornering, then I stand by my previous post.

If he doesn't have a blank check handy, maybe he could suggest a budget.

Of course, this is probably all going to boil down to the same question we've answered ten times in the last two weeks. Wake me up when we get to the discussion of spring-rates and damping; let me sleep right through the arguments about slamming the car.

Not really. It pretty much leaves you with better aftermarket shocks, and the stock suspension parts otherwise.
We really do want to help, but you'll have to do the footwork to determine just how far you want to go. Keep in mind that lowering or replacing springs is going to cut into the not-all-that-smooth-to-begin-with DSM ride.
