My current setup for suspension is as follows: Tokico blue shocks w/ Skunk2 coilovers. For some odd strange reason, the rear seems to rattle when going over bumps or other distractions on the road. Could it be that when it was installed, it wasn't done properly. The skunks were installed over a year ago but the shocks were installed over a week ago. I feel as though the coilovers are loose. I also noticed that the old rear shocks(tokicos also)did not have a pearch with the help of an o-ring, the new ones do have a pearch and seems to sit odd. as if it were meant for springs only. Should i swtich over to springs like eibachs? I would like to attain a smooth ride. Since the car is a spyder, does that affect anything in anyway? I appreciate any response.

Also, does anybody know where I can attain a diagram of a proper set-up for the suspension, what parts belong where, and perhaps steps on how to install aftermarket springs and setup: 1998 eclispe spyder gs. Thanks

hey i had a weird poping noise coming out of my front left tire for some time, everytime i braked or accelerated, found out my 2 front shocks were shot and thats what was making the noise...you might want to have your skunks checked out...
