Which Brakes are best for me?

I dont know to much about brakes so i am trusting you guys to help me out as much as possible. I am building my talon to run mid 11's. The point is at some point you have to stop, what are the best brakes for that as a daily driver. I still want to take it to the track, and 16's are best for drag use, so i would like to stay wih 16"s. any idea's?

How much do you want to spend on brakes?
Prices start at about $500 and go up from there. (That would be a set of 93+ AWD dual piston calipers, 4 new rotors, porterfield R4S pads all around, stainless brake lines)
