Help find rear strut bar with relocated battery cage.

Hello everyone. Just got my 91 Talon TSi AWD the other day (82k miles on the clock). Very excited. I'm not exactly a newbie, best friend has a 97 GST since new and I've been lurking around for quite a while.

Anyway, the other night I saw a rear strut bar with a battery tray built right into it. It was a trianglulated design. For the life of me I can't recall which site I saw it on. Anyone know what I'm talking about? In ascii art, it looks like this:

The ...... represents the floor in cargo area right behind the rear seats.
The \______/ is the basket the relocated battery would sit in and the bottom of the basket is supposedly secured to the floor.

IIRC, the bar was painted light blue or aqua and the site I saw it on had a black background.

I hope at least one of you knows what I'm talking about. Not being able to remember where I saw it is driving me nuts. Getting old I guess.

I've never seen it, sounds custom.

1G rear struts are tough to find, and apparently completely cosmetic.... unless you use it for a battery brace...

I don't think it was custom as it was offered for sale. Oh well, after looking at the rear hatch of my '91 I don't think it was made for a AWD. No way a battery could fit between the spare hump and rear seats.

Hehe, asylum is right... the amount of info available about DSMs is simply madness! It's great.
