3000 gt wheels

i was wondering if the 18" 3000 gt wheels look good on a 2gen eclipse

do they fit

I doubt they fit, They are awful wide at 8.5 inchs.

i heard the 3000gt wheels are incredibly heavy. It's listed as a good mod for teh 3000gt's to get lighter wheels. I'd say dont' do it.

They are not bad. 27.5lbs for 18X8.5 chrome.

The Eclipse GSX 17X7 weighs 24.5lbs.

The 94-96 16X8s are only 17lbs. I think.

ahh, it's the 17s that wiegh like 52 pounds with the tire.

Anyway, rotating mass is much more than stationary mass.

The 18s weigh 51-55lbs with tire. a 245/40/18 tire weighs an average 28lbs with full tread. Lightweight tires weigh 24. And then you have some crazy tires that weigh 32lbs, like the Bridgestone Potenza's
