I have tein flex coilovers and if I lower it anymore than .9 in the front and .6 in the back, the uppper control arms slam into the body. I put ingalls camber kit on it, front and back and still had the same problem. Any help would be great.

I also have the TEIN Flex and have seen this before. PM me if you need to talk with someone by phone or email. Did you use the Anchor bolts from Ingalls or the Balljoint? If you remove the Camber kit do the Control Arms still hit the upper fenders? On both sides? I'm assuming you used TEIN's specs on the setup...

I used the anchor bolts and it slammed before, on both sides, I put the camber kit on. It is all in spec so that is why it is so weird.

Doesn't make sense to me. The Tein Flex dampers (or any other for that matter) form a straight line from the mounting points on either end, the same as original equipment. Lowering 1 inch with the Teins should be no different than compressing 1 inch on stock suspension.

I found that after installing the Teins according to spec, I was way low. Getting it back to where I wanted it (about 1.5 inches lowered) required straying considerably from the written specs.

I also don't understand how the Upper Control Arms hit the fender after just the TEIN install. I installed Specialty Products Anchor bolts (same design as the Ingalls) and they hit my fender because of the offset. I ditched those and got the balljoints for camber, much better now!!

So after the ball joints did you get any more hitting. If not where did you get them at. I would like the car lower than what it is .9 and .6 isn't much.

So since I have the anchors on there right now if I take them off and put the ball joints on, I wouldn't need anything else. Thanks for all the help man.
