Well I have a 95' GST and my shocks are about gone as is... We have horrible roads here :( and I want to get a new suspension. I want everyone's input before I make my decioion. I bassically want to drop my car to the point of no wheel gabb and have an "OK" suspension to autocross with. My friend's dad works at a local vender called "TIRE RACK" (www.tirerack.com) cool webstie, and he wants me to give it a shot, looks fun. So I am wondering... what do you guys think would work?

Thanks!!

BTW, Forgot to mention... I have NT450 16'' tires and i would this suspension to be under 500 if possible ( i hope thats realilistic )

I just bought, not installed yet, the following:

KYB AGX set: E-bay $305.00
Eibach Sportline 1.6" Lower Springs: Eibach web site $189.00
Eibach Camber Kit: Eibach web site forget how much...I think $100.00 or so.

Check it out.

If you can get coilovers. From my experience spring/shock systems are very poor, many times worse than stock.

I don't see how upgrading to stiffer springs and stiffer shocks could be worse than stock suspension

I'd say go w/ some H&R springs coupled w/ Tokico 5-ways. You're not going to want the softness of the Eibach's if you plan on doing autox.

I have the H&R sports with Tokico Non-Adj shocks. Much better ride than stock IMO and HELLA better handling of course. Since you go Auto-X maybe you should get the tokico illuminas adjustable shocks.

I bought the H&R sports springs from someone on eBay for $85.

The tokico shocks were $215 brand new.

ebay is the way to go to get your moneys worth:thumb:
