heres the problem..while im driving..my tires make this funny sound..it sounds like: woo woo woo woo ect...(like an owl) it sounds like shit..and annoying..wat do u guys think is the problem? please help..

Rim: 18' Racing Hart C2000 evo offset 42mm
Tire: Yokohama Parada specII
size: 215x40xzr18
