Well,, we know Nitto drag radials all the way around don't work to well.:D

I've been thinking about M&H Racemasters 8.5/24.5-15 on some lite 15" wheels. I bet I could get low 1.5X's 60 footers then. But on the other hand, these are $165 each.

Everytime I think about Nitto drag radials on a DSM, I still picture you lighting up all 4 tires out of the hole!!!

I think the M&H 8.5/24.5-15 would be about the same as a 225/50/16. The 225/50/16 are about 24.5 in diameter. I'd prolly go with a 15X8 rim.

Another question regarding this subject would have to do with "breaking stuff!"

What would be the Ultimate 1/4 rim/tire combo and would that break driveline parts really easily???

If so, what would be a step down that doesn't require new driveline parts too often?
 
The only driveline parts I'm having problems with, is the front driveshaft yolk. The one that goes in the back of the transfer case. I keep twisting these (3) up.

Also,
The M&H are about 165 each and are track only.

The Toyo RA1's are about 165 each, but there a competition "street tire". These are the tires I'm going with. They also come in normal sizes with means I won't have to buy new rims.
