Rear Control Arm Bushings

I have a 2G AWD and have gone through THREE rear upper control arm bushing on the passenger side. One stock bushing and two poly bushings. Each bushing has failed exactly the same way with the knuckle crushing the rear side of the bushing. It's almost as though there is something bent cause so much positive caster.

Has anyone ever had something like this happen? Before I put another bushing in I need to find out why it's eating up bushing.

The same bushing on my driver side is squeekin like all hell! I havent had a chance to replace it though!
