Work Wheels 18x8/ Offset Opinion & Ques

I'm getting these rims very soon

....so far the cheapest I found was $480-$490/rim, If anybody knows a cheaper place, PM me or something

Now I deffinitly want to go with 18x8 (probably....i'm tryin to still see what I can get in 7.5 but I would love to go with 8).... I want a deeper offset in the back than the front so if I go with 215/40/R18 with a 35mm offset in the back im pretty sure there will probably be rubbing but how much? I dont mind rolling the fenders to much and the front will probably be 45mm offset but will that rub too? If it will not work out then what is the deepest I can go with 18x7.5 ?

Thanx for anyone who has info, I tried searching but couldnt find quite what I was looking for, If someone knows a thread with the exact answer please tell me about it

Whoa, 215's seem a bit skinny for an 8 inch wheel. I'm running 19x8's with 225's and a 40mm offset. No rubbing but I will say that 225 is even on the virge of being too skinny for an 8 inch wheel.

I realize this but with a 215 when im going 60mph it will read 58.6mph plus it gives me more room to work with the offset I want....anyone else have any input ?

215's (8.5") should be very well suited to an eight inch wheel.

Since this isn't working much, how about anyone with ANY 18x8 rim any rubbing or clearence problems?

Anyone out there that has a deeper offset than anything in the 40's....38 mayb on an 18x8 rim (slight fender rolling)?

Any problems with 18x8 with a 45 offset?

How about anyone running 18x7.5 with a 30 or 35 offset any problems? (still waiting to hear back if they have an 18x7.5 with a 45 offset, only if I have to go with a 7.5, but would really love to stick with 8 as much as possible)

Anyone with information is greatly aprreciated, especially anyone with a 1G since nothing would be different
