I realized i have a set of bushings that have not been instaled and i was wondering if i shoudl just go all out and get bearings, because at least for me, i hate anything that moves when it shouldn't are there bearigns in redily availible sizes? and would install be using a press? or would i have to heat the arms and then press them in?

Thanks

Unless it's a 100% race car don't use bearings. The noise and vibration will be TERRIBLE. I've driven race cars with bearings used throughout and there is absolutely no way I could live with that on the street (this is coming from someone whose daily driver has a 6pt cage, sparco seats, 5pt harnesses, no balance shafts with poly motormounts, and poly bushings throughout the car).

thanks for the advice, it makes sense too cause i already have the bushings

one more question will i realy notice a difference with the bushings? that is, will the swich to bushings feel closer to a bearing ride or a stock ride. thanks

It makes the car just feel tighter overall, more responsive, and better feedback. Use the grease and noise doesn't increase much (a couple of interior panels might make noise on bumpy roads) and the ride is still fine IMO. I would do all the bushings again in a heartbeat, despite the nasty smell of burning rubber

oh you burned them out? what about the metal sleeve? a press? i wish there were an esier way

Oh that was for the front. The rears I did have pressed out by my local machine shop when they pressed in my ball joints.
If you don't have a press burn the rubber out, then cut the metal sleeve in two places to get it out.
