2G Rear drum to disk brake swap

alright i need a little help on this. Does anybody know what all i need to change out my rear brakes from drum's to pads? I think i know what all i need but i am not sure on how extensive this project is. has anybody done it? i plan on doing this next week so if anyone can help that would be great.

oh i forgot to add i have a 96 talon esi
