should i get iluminas or HP blues?- read inside

Well i don't know wich shocks to get, i am on a budget but not that tight, my car will be a daily driven street car, it will see the track maybe 1 a month or 2 months. I am looking for better ride quality and handling that stock, not that much into lowering, much more into performance and quality of ride, so i think iluminas would be overdoing it for what i want but they could be the best at offering ride comfort and performance since i could adjust them. If anyone could give me detailed reviews about both shocks & springs that would help a lot( I.E. ride improvement,downsides, problems, satisafaction etc.)

i have the hp's w/ sportlines and the ride is perfect to me...not too soft and not to stiff.

I have Tein springs (1" drop) and im gonna get the HPs, theyare about = to level 3 setting on the illuminas, stiffer than stock, but not brutal. (my friend has them) dont pay more than 250 for a set (4)
