Installed Eibach Sportlines w/KYB GR-2's now rear end washing out over bumps...help!!

Hey,

I installed Eibach Sportlines and KYB GR-2's this weekend...install was a bi***, and its too low in my opinion...but anyways. So I got them all installed, and this morning when I was driving to work I was on the highway and went over a pretty bumpy part of the road and almost lost the back end cause it was jumping around like mad. Once I got to work I pushed down on the back corners of the car and they bounced real bad. I'm thinking that the shocks are shot. Should I put my stock shocks in the sportlines springs? any other suggestions to do after a suspension install...besides alignment???

if you push down on the back, it should stop moving within 3 up & downs.

yeah I took the rear struts to the shop yesterday to have them take the shocks out, and as soon as the top bolt was taken off, the shaft thingy just dropped right down into the shock.....completely 100% shot. So I guess this part of its resolved...gotta get new shocks. Thanks for your response. By the way, when I pushed down on the back it was like jello....but bounced around for a while.

Luckily you found that, I had bad shock because my newb/cheap @ss tried to hold out with the stockers for longer. Well they were blown and on the alignment rack it was godd. But when you drove the bouncing ended up still tearing my tires apart.

Get you some tokico illuminas. You will love them.
