What tire size?

Hi i have a 95 talon dropped 2 inches with 17in motegi rims and i have 215/50/17's on now but i need new tires and i want low profile like 45 or even 40 series and i was wondering what size tire would be the best???

I have a 99 Eclipse N/T riding on 235/45/17 Yokahama Avid H4's and I love them. You could go 225/45/17 or 235/45/17 and keep almost the same rolling diameter as factory. You can check out several different fitments at www.discounttire.com . They also have a ton of different tires and specs on all of them so you can compare.

Has anyone been able to stuff a 245/45/17 under a 2g AWD? Can it be done with a 1 or 2" drop?

i run 245/45/16s on a 2g. you'll need a spacer to push the rim out some depending on the offset. but i also have coil overs, so i can adjust the height.

but yes you should be able to get them in, even on 17s.
