rear lower tie bar????

i have a 2g non turbo and i was interested in getting a rear lower tie bar. I know all the honda guys get them and htey say they help alot so my question is does anyone have one and how much does it help and would it be worth buying. I mean if you ask me anything we do to the suspension on our cars helps alot but i was wondering if anyone with any type of knowledge or experience with these could help me out and tell me how much they really help. thanks in advance
