97 GSX Axle

I went to advanced auto parts and ordered a driver side front axle for a 97 GSX. They said they could get it. Well I received it, and it was the wrong one. I think their computer said spyder only or something like that. I was wondering if a spyder gsx awd axle is different than a standard gsx axle? If anyone has any idea, I would appreciate their input. This axle is keeping the car off the road (in the shop). I called Mitsubishi and they said around 600 dollars. I couldnt believe it. Advanced was only 69.99 plus the core.

Well seein as how they never produced a AWD Spyder..... i would say it is totally different....the GSX axle is different from the GST axle. Which means even he GST Spyder axle would be different.... The best place to find a replacement axle is from DSMTRADER.com i found a Pass rear axle for my 95 AWD Talon for 70 bucks.. Mitsubishi wanted 600 bucks just for the outer Knuckle

how do you know its the wrong one?? same thing happened to me....... only I thought the ones I bought were to small but it ended up that from us pulling soooooo hard to get the stock ones out they had streched ALOT!!!!!!! im serious when i say ALOT
