About to buy some Kumho Ecsta 712 for Autox. I have all stock suspension and rims, only engine mods. Any idea on tire pressures with this setup? (newbie to autox). Thanks.
 
all depends on a lot of things. There is no "set" number. I would suggest reading the SCCA guide on auto-x for tips on how to pick what pressures to run. You probably will end up changing them constantly throughout the day
 
Start out with 40 psi in the front, 35 psi on the rear (for FWD at least, not sure what you've got). Put some chalk or shoe polish lines from the tire tread to the side wall. If it wears off the sidewall, add air. If there's still marks on the tread, let out some air. Good luck.
