Toyo Proxes T1's or Yokohama es100s

ok i am buying a set of 18 inch konig rhythms. i also need a set of tires. they offered me a great price off 1,375 with the toyos t1's shipped to my door. now i had my mind set on the yokohama es100s. if i bought the rims seperate from tread depot and the yokohamas from tire rack it would come out to 1,410. my question to you guys, which would you choose ? i dont know much about the t1's except they are supposed to be way better then their lower model the fz4. the t1's also retail for 30 more dollars a tire. so maybe this is even a dumb question. i want a quiet tire that handles great in both wet and dry. also one that will get a good amount of life out of it. any suggestions you could offer id appreciate it. thanks,

my preference is yokohama. just about every vehicle my bro and i have had, we replaced with yokohama tires. can't say much about the toyo, but i guess you can't go wrong when quite a few people have them.

I would get the Yokohamas as Toyos use a really soft compound that wears out in like 10000 miles. Your call though.

Ummm. toyos T1-S are so much better then the Es100's.. IMO...10000 miles huh..thats when they wear out..did you get that from the website...well from my experience with over 14 sets of wheels for the past 3 years and every tire...the T1-S were the bomb tires...dope traction on dry dope traction on wet...all around....GET the the T1-S's man

As a previous owner of Toyo T-1s, Falken Azenis, and Yoko AVS Sports for my older MR2. I definitely suggest the T-1S over the Yokos, but I'd go with the Azenis over all the others anyday.
