Just wondering what is a good setup for my Koni adjustable struts with coil-overs dropping the car pretty much as low as you can drop an AWD 2G. I have front and rear strut tower braces and am looking for accelent auto-X, good launching but still be able to drive some what comfortably down the road. Front and Rear stiffness settings?

I have never played with koni adjustables, I'm currently using Tokico Illumina 5-way adjustables, I have the fronts set to 3 and the rears to 5. Ive done numerous combinations with launching and normal day driving. And I've found these settings to be the most comfortable and best for me. Just some idea's to consider =P

I took your advice and my car drives beautiful. Man my struts were out of wack. Ride quality actually improved and my cornering is MUCH better. Didn't notice much in the launch but I'm sure it shaved some time off.
