Hey guys, does anybody know the part number for the bumpstops on a '97+ GSX? Thanks.

i have ground controls with kyb shocks and a friend of mine ( unfortunatelly a honda driver ) told me that when your installing them for lowered cars, your suppsed to cut them down some, about half he said. is this true for us as well?? i have a 2g eclipse thanx...trust

For the Illumina/Pro-kit combo you have to shave the front mounts 20mm off the "fatter" side.

As far as the part number being the same for front and rear, I'm sure that's probably right. All four of my bumpstops looked exactly the same.

About lowering your car, yeah I would suggest that you cut them. You're gonna lose some shock travel when you drop your car, so why not gain some back by cutting your bumpstops?

And to whoever was looking for ground-control install instructions, have you seen the faq on vfaq.com?
