I was thinking about getting Ground Controls coilovers but I've heard some bad things about them, and a whole lot of good. Is there many other around that $400 price range that are comprible or maybe better. And are there any for dirt cheap that are around the same ride quality. I only want to drop it about an inch to an inch and a half, but I'm mostly looking for ride quality, I don't like cars that bounce. So if anyone could help me I would really appriciate it.:D

i got dropzone adjustable's comin in the mail, i'll tell ya what they are like when i get them on, which SHOULD be in less than a week.

In my opinion, DSS makes the highest quality coilover kit for the 1G AWDs that are lower priced (i.e. not JICs). They use Hypercoils (VERY high quality...moreso than Eibach). The fit is also better than Ground Controls. Stay away from cheap coilover kits like Matrix and DropZone if you're serious about racing/AutoXing with them. You get exactly what you pay for...not much.
