ive been hearing very good things about em. im buying a friends HnRs for 135 for a 1.7 all around drop. go for the HnRs.

I am alos using H&R Race Stage II springs, and love them. I'm not sure if you are talking about the race or sport springs. My race springs lower the car quite a bit compared to some other applications, but I love them so far. From what I have heard, H&R make some of the best springs you can buy, so I would go for it.

I love my H&R race springs(2"drop), i bought them used. i forget how used they were, but it seems like they are saggin different amounts in each corner, but not real bad, I think i might have over paid, I paid $210 shipped for mine

friends focus has HnR racing springs coupled with tokico blues and its sweet, without the shocks it wasnt sweet. 110$ is a good savings so id buy em as long as they arent all messed up.

get shocks and a camber kit along with them if you get them. i ran just sportlines for a month, not good. ruinned my shocks and the car sagged down another .5 inches. now i have a full tokico setup (shocks and springs) and camber kit from road race, still looks sweet AND handles beautifully
