Need help fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

When driving my car if I hit a pot hole the rear end jumps around almost like it is going to spin me off the road the more i drive it the worse it gets.. and also when I hit a patch of snow or slush the rear end slides out to one side even when going 10-20 mph.. I need to know what might be wrong?? I have my Eibach sportline springs still on the front until spring but I have my coilovers on in the rear.. the car sits level and everything but jerks like crazy when you hit a bump or pothole!! It may need an alignment but I am not sure!!
