I am getting coilovers and will have ~2in drop. About a year and a half ago i bought ingalls +1.25- +3 and ever corner i made i heard a sqeak, idk if I installed them wrong or not, but idk what i should get, unless I need the -1° to +3°, but i think i need the 1st one, what do you guys think?

Thanks:dsm:

For starters a 2" drop, probably isn't the best idea as you will really be limiting your suspension travel (ie bad ride), & the 2g doesn't have a tonn to start with. Second what kind of camber kit did you get, it sounds like the control arm anchors? If so, there's really not much you can do to install them wrong. If you got them with urthane bushings, did they come with a special grease? Normally urthane bushings need this special grease to prevent squeeking from happening.

yeesh +1.25? You don't want those if you want any sort of usable camber. You need the ones that will give up to -.75 degrees change in camber.

After dealing with Ingalls for years and how their bushings wear down requiring replacement (due to increased slop from the wear) I would suggest the SPC upper control arms. I had those installed on my car earlier this year, replacing the ingalls anchors, and they've been fantastic, but I only have experience on the street so far as I haven't been to a track event with the car since. Caster and camber adjustment, with the camber going well beyond what any anchor kit will do (like the ingalls or spc eccentric bushings). They are dirt cheap if you look on ebay. My only concern is the adjustment mechanism for camber, in that I wonder if the nut will work loose or if the whole slotted bolt hole will allow the knuckle to slide around (screwing up my alignment) but I won't know until I put some real abuse into it at a track. Haven't had any problems with it on the street so far, knock on wood.
