2G-specific OZ superleggera wheel quality?

I just got a set of OZ Superleggeras 17X8s. I love them! They look like a work of art! They really compliment the Talon. But I don't see them on very many cars. They are very light 15.9 lbs! The roads around here are unbelievably bad. Potholes for days! I don't know too much about OZ wheels. I also have a set of 16X7 Enkei j10s that I am keeping for my winter/drag wheels. They wheels 16 pounds even a piece

I will keep an eye on this thread out of curiosity- One of my friends has Ultraleggaras on both of his cars, which should be very similar.

2G-specific well schymer no interest I guess

They definitively seem to be rare wheels on a dsm.

I've seen them on quite a few autocross BMW 3 series. OZ in general has been a pretty good brand. Though these are their "cheaper" wheels, I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Let us know how it works out though...

I have the Ultraleggeras too, as you know. No complaints so far. It seems like the Mini guys love them. And there was a new GTI on them at the last autox I went to. I don't know why I haven't seen them on DSMs either.

Superleggera's are no longer made.

Be carefull If you dent one your looking at 300 pounds from overseas and with the current currency thats not good for your pocket.

I have 17x7's and I love them. Lightweight never had any problems.

I just recently tore one to hell and have spent close to 7 months looking for someone selling 2 or singles and I cannot find them for hte life of me.

Superleggera was OZ Racing's prototype for say that lead up to the ultraleggra.

But as for any wheel dont go mobbing in on pot holes. Esp cause they are light weight, I would only think that would make them more verunable.
Just drive around :]
