I have received alot of e-mails to my work about this topic so here is a basic list of what works:
1G
Width------offset---------tire width
6---------+35/+45-------195/205
6.5-------+35/+42-------205/215
7----------+35/+42-------215/225
7.5--------+38/+45------225/235
8----------+38/+42-------225/235
2g
Width------offset---------tire width
6---------+35/+42-------195/205
6.5-------+35/+42-------205/215
7----------+35/+42-------215/225
7.5--------+35/+45-------225/235
8----------+35/+42-------225/235
8.5---------+38-----------235 *I personally have this setup on my car.
These are some basic fitments that will work with no rubbing (unless your car is lowered more than 2.5inches). Of course you can always try some extremes for yourself.
