need opinion really bad HELP PLEASE

k my dad is pissing me off so much, hes going to lower my 97 GS for xmas..but he thinks that coilovers are bad for the car..tell me which is better for the car..what will ride better.....everyone i talk to says coilovers...but i need opinions to show my dad hes dumb hah..thanks

use coil overs on the car with some tokickos 5 ways that is what I have on my 98 awd spyder I used skunk2 drag coil overs and the 5 way tokickos with no boncing what so ever you also will need a camber kit front and back for any thng over 1 1/2 drop I used intgalls. I like coils better on cars I have put many sets of springs and coils in at my shop and 9 times out of 10 people with spring come back for coils sence most springs have a low spring rate on them and makes the car bounce bad.
thell your dad to use coils on you car it will not hirt the car at all
