2g ridding noise

i have a 96 talon and i have 2 issues.
1 problem is that when the car is parked and i turn the the wheel i hear like a clunking noise.
#2 problem is that when i am driving i hear like some type in humming noise i check the wheel bearing but the tired didnt move could it be a bad ball joint?
when i am on like the on ramp turring right to get on the highway the noise goes away but it comes back as the car get straight

What you are describing is a wheel bearing failing on you. Not to ask stupid questions, but are you checking your wheel bearing properly?

If the noise goes away with a right hand turn then it is one of the bearings on the left side of your car.

thanks i put a new driver side wheel bearing hub on my car not even a year ago but i checked both side and i didnt have no play in it. i do notice if i turn the steering all the way to the right i get a clunk noise could that be the steering rack?
