Alittle bushing help please

I just bought a 92 talon awd and have been working pretty hard on it. The alinement is bad and the drivers rear tire has bad camber. The car has stock springs and struts. Anyway I went to get a alinement and the tech said they could not adjust it because the bushings were dry rotted. I watched them try for an hour to get it right and they could only adjust the camber so far and then the bolt just stopped turning. Does this sound like a bad bushing to you? Also if bushings are the problem then I want to replace them all with poly's. Anybody have a good link for 1g awd kits?
