Suspension D2 or Tein

So i'm torn between going w/ the tein ss or D2's.
I am not going w/ a edfc for my 2g because from what i'v read they, dont' fit.
I used to have a set of tein basic's on my old car and loved them. I have never heard of D2 until now.
Can someone give me some input on which is better for the money? And who is the cheapest to buy them from?

So far I found tein ss's for $910 shipped and the D2's for $900

That doesn't seem like that much of a price difference for better quality. The D2s warrantied? Well tell us how they are when you get them on.
