My car has been suffering from one thing after another. Right now my car is making a weird knocking or thumping sound when I turn my steering wheel to the left. But I only barely have to turn it and it starts knocking and I can hear it and feel it on my gas pedal foot. If I'm driving straight, there's no problem, and when I turn the wheel all the way to the left there's no problem. I'm seriously confused. My current suspension setup is KYB AGX shocks and unknown brand lowering springs (they're red if that helps?
), and front and rear upper strut bars. My car also recently almost lost the front passenger wheel on the freeway because of loose lugs and that made a similar sound when it happened. I checked all of the lugs on all the wheels and all are tight. Maybe the alignment? Maybe something else in the suspension? I'm seriously confused right now.
I love my car but I just wish the problems would end!
