I've got an eibach prokit and KYB AGX gas shocks. Stock tires and rims for now. I'm going to buy some nice 17s after the winter (I live in new england). I also plan on getting front and possibly rear strut bars. What else can I do to increase the handling of my car and the smoothness of the ride? Can I get more information on camber kits?

EDIT: Just talked to the person I bought the car from (a friend), and he told me that the rear shocks (the KYBs, the fronts are still stock), are adjusted to a "6", whatever that means. He THINKS it's on a 1-10 scale, but honestly has no idea. He did tell me that they were easily adjustable (just get under the car and turn the knob). What should I set this at for street driving? This is at least a start.

Get a lightweight wheel/tire package. You could buy front/rear sway bars to tighten up your chassis. I have the same suspension setup on my talon, the KYB's are adjustable from 1-8. They are very easy to adjust, as far as what level you should use that all depends on where and how you drive. As far as camber kit's, look to spend around 220 or more. I suggest you do your own research.

Camber kits are required to keep a majorly lowered car within specs so you do not go thru tirres quickly. If all you have are the prokit springs you will not need a camber kit in the front and may not need it for the rear. Have it aligned and the tech should be able to tell you if the camber is out of spec and by how much.

First, I would probably replace the front shocks to match the rear. Also by going with a sport suspension you will not increase the smoothness of the ride, but it will increase the cornering ability.

-You might consider urethane bushing kit for the control arms, kind of complicate to install, it took me almost one day to replace the front & rear bushings.

What are some good front shocks? should I match them? Also will it lower my car anymore (hopefully not). I know my rear shocks lowered the car almost another .25"

-Keep in mind that your rear KYB AGX has 8 setting points, but the front AGX only has 4 setting points.

GO with the hybrids from RRE. They make a kit for 1g's that come with agx in the rear and agx/tokico's up front. Its got a lower shock body and gives you a bit more trael for the fronts of agx's which are known to bounce off the bump stops cause they have so little travel when lowered anything more than 1.5". I have agx's and sportlines (1.75" drop) and te fronts suck ass, and I will be buying RRE's once I have money!!

What should my rear shocks be set to for optimum daily driving comfort? Just looking for suggestions. My friend got a new jack so I'll be able to play with it but..

-It's more a personal perference, I have coil over with 350 lbs spring in the rear, set to #4, stiff but not bouncy, but it does turn on the windshield wiper if I go over rail road track above 30 mph.
