Drag Slicks

im looking at getting drag slicks for my car and a guy around here has a pair for cheap and they are 15x10.5 what rims could i use for there i was hoping i could use some stock steelier fro a 1.8 1st gen but it dont look like i can give me your input thanks.

Steel 1.8 rims are 14" if I 'm not mistaken plus they would be too narrow for 10.5 wide slick.

What O.D. do those slicks have? They are probably 26" or bigger and if so they will slow you down. Try to stick with the ones that are stock diameter at least.

They are at the most stock diameter if not smaller i belive the guy used them a few times on an integra heres a link to the classified i found them on theres a pic in there of them. I thought stock steelies wouldnt fit but i thought i herd some were with of rim didnt matter but i didntbelieve it. if these dont work out i might just try and find some new ones any one know a site with good prices on drag slicks. http://www.omaharacing.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=157872&highlight=#157872

You'd have to order some rims for them. Also if they have been in his garage or outside in a non controlled environment, buy new ones. They'll most likely be hard and have no use. I was actually just looking at some slicks. 28x9x15 are a reall good size to go with.

how much do they go for a set of new slicks and also would i be able to use a stock rim i really dont wanna for over alot of money for 2 rims ill use once twice a month.
