Help me!!! need info on springs

ok i been looking at all kinds of springs, but they dont really say how much stiffer they are. for example i want 50% stiffer in the rear and maybe 20% stiffer up front. basicly i want to get rid of body roll. so where would i go to get something like this? what do you fwd people use to stop body roll? thanks.

to stop body roll? stiff shocks, tie bars, sway bars. when you order springs, they usually tell you how much eight each spring can support. but if you want a stiffer car, then look into shocks aswell as springs. i suggest you get adj. shocks, cause your not going to ALWAYS want a STIFF ride. so look at koni (if you can afford it), tokico, etc etc etc.
