SO i did a search and couldnt find anything that would help. I had my rear rotors spun yesterday. When i drove my car today it felt like the brakes were still engaged even though i wasnt pressing on them. Also it smelled like they were burning up. I used all the correct tools in the reinstall of the brakes made sure not to use C clamps just used some needle nose plyers and turned it untill there was no more pressure.

If you installed new pads you ned to adjust your parking brake that should fix it. A way to check it is if your e-brake dosn't click but a couple of times, that means it's to tight.
